Adequate stay, some downsides

the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered advice regarding local grocery stores. Main attractions are within a half hour walk. The room was clean and quiet.

the double bed was not actually a double. Instead, it was two singles pushed together. This left a crack in the middle, and it was quite annoying.

the room was clean. the bathroom was spacious. i found the common spaces very inviting, ALWAYS offering a place to relax. access to an espresso machine was AVAILABLE at all times.

our room was quite small. there WAS no coffee maker in the room. i felt the staff seemed a little bored and didn't provide all necessary information during check-in. THE perfumed textiles gave me a slight allergy.

complimentary tea helpful staff excellent transport luggage assistance

i appreciated the complimentary tea and fruits available. the staff was kind and helpful. bruno provided excellent transport to the airport and we had a great conversation during the ride. he assisted me with my bags at the airport, and the hotel staff helped with my luggage to and from the room.

the absence of a kettle to make tea in the room reminded me of a slight oversight.

the room i stayed in included two chairs facing a garden just outside. it also had a spacious, perfectly clean bathroom with a very comfortable bed. i had no complaints about the room.

cramped space condescending staff

the team was very accommodating.

The hotel was spacious and minimalistic in the photos. It was more cramped and cluttered in reality. the double bed was not a true double. Instead, it consisted of two singles pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap. the staff seemed condescending when i addressed my concerns.
