i appreciated the complimentary tea and fruits available. the staff was kind and helpful. bruno provided excellent transport to the airport and we had a great conversation during the ride. he assisted me with my bags at the airport, and the hotel staff helped with my luggage to and from the room.

the absence of a kettle to make tea in the room was like a slight oversight.

the room i stayed in included two chairs facing a garden just outside. it also had a spacious, perfectly clean bathroom with a very comfortable bed. i had no complaints about the room.

the team was very accommodating.

The hotel was spacious and minimalistic in the photos. It was more cramped and cluttered in reality. the double bed was not a true double. Instead, it consisted of two singles pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap. the staff seemed condescending when i addressed my concerns.
